Service and support rates are billed on the following scale:

first 10 hours: $30 per hour
11 to 100 hours: $25 per hour
after 100 hours: $20 per hour

Travel for service calls is billed as follows:

Carrington ND area: Free (5 mile radius)
Elsewhere in North Dakota: $1 per mile
Elsewhere within the USA: $1 per mile + expenses
International $2 per mile + expenses
